Describe a time when you took a hiatus from something important. What led to the break, and how did it impact you?

 Prompt Response: I took a hiatus from playing basketball. I traveled to Texas to see my family and the trip was for 2 weeks. During those entire two weeks I did not play basketball. When I got back home and went to play pickup basketball I was shocked to notice an instant decline in my skills. It was harder for me to shoot and dribble. It impacted me negatively because it was hard for me to produce in game.

Summary: Today I was at home doing nothing.

Reflection:  Today I was at home doing nothing. I tried to do my work as best as I can while being at home.

 Prompt Response: In 4th grade I was in my Black History program. I was very scared because I hate large crowds. I handled it by taking deep breathes and believing nobody was in the room.  Prompt Response: I find time to enjoy my day with a lot going on by using breathing exercises. This is one of the ways I like to cool down. Three specific things I like to do to enjoy small moments throughout my day are watch Netflix, eat, and go out and drive around. A good Netflix movie always hits especially at night time.
