Write about a time when you faced a challenge, an obstacle, or a moment where you had to push yourself beyond what you thought was possible.

Prompt Response: A time I had to push myself beyond what I thought was possible was when I was running the pacer gram test. The guys average around 40 laps. I wanted to go beyond what everyone would think was possible. I kept running until lap 125. The whole pacer gram was 130 laps. I was the only person running by lap 80. I could not believe I made it that far. I was breathing so hard it felt like I was going to faint.

Summary: Today in class we started our one pager.

Reflection: Today in class we started our one pager. We read a Maya Angelou poem as well. Today school was boring. I'm at the library right now studying for my quiz tomorrow.
